1. Who We Are
LandZone is a technology platform that helps property owners, agents, and prospective buyers/tenants connect with each other. LandZone is an intermediary only - it is not the seller, buyer, landlord, tenant, agent, or owner of any property listed on the app, and it is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or negotiation between users. Any deal you make with another user is solely between you and that user, at your own risk. LandZone is developed and operated by TRIVEN SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, India. These terms apply to the LandZone mobile app and to the LandZone website at https://landzone.app, which provides public information about LandZone. The latest version of these terms is always available at https://landzone.app/terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create a LandZone account.
2. Your Responsibility for Listings
If you list a property, you alone are responsible for the accuracy of its description, photos, price, and location, and for having the legal right/authority to list, advertise, sell, rent, or otherwise deal with that property. You must not post false, misleading, exaggerated, or unauthorized listings. New listings are reviewed by LandZone before they become visible to other users, and LandZone may approve or reject a listing at its discretion. This review is limited to checking that a listing appears to be a genuine real-estate listing that follows these terms - LandZone does not verify ownership, title, authority, or the legality of any listing, and approval is not a guarantee of any of these. LandZone may also remove a listing at any time if it appears to violate these terms.
3. No Guarantee of Authenticity or Outcome
LandZone does not guarantee the authenticity, ownership, title, legal status, government approvals, valuation, availability, or condition of any property listed on the app, and does not guarantee that any conversation, inspection, or negotiation will result in a completed transaction. Listings, prices, and availability can change or turn out to be inaccurate, and LandZone is not responsible for such changes or inaccuracies.
4. Verify Everything Yourself
Before relying on any listing, message, or claim made on LandZone, you must independently verify the property, its documents (title deed, encumbrance certificate, approvals, tax receipts, etc.), the identity of the other party, and any other claims made to you. We strongly recommend involving a qualified lawyer, registered agent, or other professional before making any commitment or payment. LandZone is not a substitute for this due diligence.
5. No Blind Trust or Advance Payments
Never send money, make an advance/token payment, or transfer funds to another user based solely on a chat conversation or listing on LandZone. LandZone never asks you to pay another user through the app for a property transaction, and does not mediate, hold, or guarantee any such payment. If someone asks you to pay before you have met, verified documents, and are confident the arrangement is genuine, treat it as a serious warning sign.
6. Protect Your Personal Information
Do not share your OTP, passwords, banking details, card numbers, UPI PIN, or other sensitive information with anyone through LandZone, including people claiming to be LandZone staff. LandZone staff will never ask you for your OTP or password. Share only the personal or contact information that is reasonably necessary to communicate about a listing.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use LandZone for scams, fraud, impersonation, misleading or fake listings, harassment, circulating illegal content, or posting content unrelated to real estate (including unrelated photos, videos, or promotional material). You must not attempt to bypass moderation, privacy settings (such as a listing owner's choice to disable phone calls), or any other safety control built into the app. You must not attempt to access another user's account or data, interfere with or overload the service, or copy listings or user information from LandZone in bulk by automated means. Violating this section may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, as described below.
8. Reporting, Moderation & Enforcement
Users can report listings or media that appear unrelated to real estate, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these terms. LandZone may review, hide, or remove any listing or media, in whole or in part, that it reasonably believes violates these terms, and may record violations against the responsible account. Content confirmed as unrelated to real estate adds flag points to the account: 5 points if a whole listing is flagged, or 1 point per flagged photo/video up to a maximum of 5 points from any single listing. Reaching 15 flag points makes an account eligible for a temporary block (access is denied for 7 days and restored automatically afterwards); reaching 25 flag points makes an account eligible for permanent suspension. Reaching either threshold does not act on its own - blocking or suspending an account is always a deliberate decision made by a LandZone administrator, never an automatic system action. LandZone may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate access for accounts with repeated or serious violations. LandZone is not obligated to act on every report and does not guarantee any particular outcome or timeline for a review.
9. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features (such as publishing listings, booking inspections, or navigation) may require an active paid membership or a one-time fee, as shown in the app at the time of purchase. Agent Mode is a separate paid plan with its own duration. Prices, plan durations, and any discounts are shown in the app before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay; LandZone does not see or store your card, UPI, or bank login details. Memberships and Agent Mode are paid for one period at a time and do not renew automatically - access continues until the expiry date shown in the app, and you can renew from the app if you choose to. Because nothing renews automatically, there is nothing to cancel; simply do not renew. Subscription and other fees paid to LandZone are non-refundable, including for any unused period if your account is deleted, suspended, or terminated, except where a refund is required under applicable Indian law or consumer protection regulation. Promotional discounts, referral rewards, and wallet points are offered at LandZone's discretion and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time, subject to applicable law.
10. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for the listings, messages, photos, videos, and other content you post or send on LandZone ("user content"). By posting user content, you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant LandZone a licence to host, store, and display it within the app for the purpose of operating the service. LandZone does not pre-screen all user content and is not responsible for content posted by users, but may remove content that violates these terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
LandZone provides the app on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LandZone, its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any loss (including financial loss, loss of property, or loss arising from a fraudulent or failed transaction) arising from your use of the app, your reliance on any listing or message, or your dealings with another user. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, and nothing here should be read as a claim that LandZone has blanket immunity from legal responsibility.
12. Privacy
Information about how LandZone collects, uses, and protects your personal data is described separately in our Privacy Policy. By using LandZone, you also agree to that Privacy Policy.
13. Intellectual Property
The LandZone name, logo, app design, and underlying software belong to LandZone or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. You retain ownership of the content you post, subject to the licence you grant LandZone in Section 10.
14. Changes to These Terms
LandZone may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the app, our practices, or applicable law. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be highlighted in the app where practical.
15. Suspension & Termination
LandZone may block, suspend, or terminate your access to the app for violating these terms, misuse of the platform, or as required by law. A temporary block restricts access for a set period (as described in Section 8) and lifts automatically once that period ends. A suspension is permanent and does not lift on its own - only a LandZone administrator can restore a suspended account, and only after reviewing it. You may stop using LandZone at any time and permanently delete your account from Profile > Delete Account in the app, or by emailing support@trivensolutions.com, as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion is subject to any obligations that reasonably survive termination (such as pending payments or disputes).
16. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to these terms or your use of LandZone will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of LandZone's registered office in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You are encouraged to first raise any concern with LandZone support so it can be resolved informally where possible.
